International Baccalaureate
SMMHS is authorized as an IB World School!

On March 11, 2010, we were notified by the International Baccalaureate Association that we are authorized to offer the IB Middle Years Program in grades 6-10. This makes us the largest MYP in the state of Tennessee. Congratulations and thanks go to all of the teachers, students, and parents who made this a reality. A public announcement was made on March 15 during a school-wide assembly.
